- Postponement/Date change to next flight without any charges (for first date change)
- Refund as following:
- Fully unused Ticket: Full refund without cancellation penalties. The face value paid by the passenger will be refunded with remarks as canceled/suspended fight number and date.
- Partially unused ticket: The one-way fare of same booking designator or immediate higher booking designator will be deducted. The charges applicable for cancellation will be waived off.
- Rerouting with other airlines at the cheapest available fare.
